Official Rules
No Purchase Necessary Open only to legal residents of the United States, must 18 years of age or older and a valid driver’s license as of date of entry. By participating you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Mustang Owner’s Museum which are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal. The Giveaway is only offered in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Void where prohibited. Eligibility The following persons are not eligible to participant or win prizes in the Giveaway: Employees, directors, or officers of the Mustang Owner’s Museum. Family or immediate members of employees, directors, or officers of the Mustang Owner’s Museum. Members of the same household of any Mustang Owner’s Museum employee, director or Officer. Giveaway Schedule July 31st @ 3pm at the Mustang Owner's Museum Three Giveaway tickets will be pulled by a registered guest at the National Mustang Day event. A second registered guest will place one pulled Giveaway ticket in one of three numbered envelopes. A third registered guest will then place one sealed envelope on each of the three Giveaway prizes. The winning envelopes will then be opened and the winning person’s name announced and will be contacted by phone immediately. The winner does not need to be present to win. The winners must have their portion of the winning ticket to claim their prize. The winners of the Giveaway are responsible for all taxes, insurance, shipping, and pick up/delivery from Concord, NC. Should any Giveaway winner be unable to claim their prize or found to be ineligible, an alternate entry will be selected. Each winner will need to provide the winner ticket stub, sign an affidavit/release form to claim their prize with two weeks of the drawing. If unable to do so, the prize will be forfeited, without compensation and an alternate ticket will be pulled. Approximate Value of Giveaway Prizes: 1970 Mustang Sport Roof $75,000 Leather Mustang Jacket $750.00 Lifetime M.O.M. Membership $500.00 Vehicle Prize Restrictions: The winner is solely responsible for all costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the vehicle including, but not limited to vehicle transportation from the Museum, registration, license and title fees, and insurance. The vehicle does not come with any warranty and must be accepted as is. To claim the vehicle the winner will need to supply a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Prize Restrictions: Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are not redeemable/exchangeable for cash. Releases: By participating, the entrants release and agree to hold harmless Giveaway entities and their respective directors, officers, member, and employees. Entrants further understand and agree there is no implied or expressed guarantee relative to the prizes awarded in the Giveaway. Winners agree the Giveaway can use their image/likeness for publicity purposes without compensation. This may include commercial/advertising purposes. Limitations of Liability: Any incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the entrants, including misspelling or ineligible handwriting. Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process. Late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, illegible/garbled, jumbled, inaccessible, stolen, damaged or compromised entries, regardless of cause. All which are void. All damage to entrant’s or another’s computer due to participation in the sweepstakes or information stored in the computer.
