2027 Mustang Giveaway
2016 California Special Mustang
During the Giveaway entry period, to obtain an entry without making a donation, please print and complete the form below with your Name, Email Address, Phone Number and Mailing Address. You will then need to mail this completed form with postage paid to Mustang Owner’s Museum - Giveaway Entry, 4001 Dearborn Place NW, Concord, NC 28027.
Once your mailed entry request is received, you will receive an entry confirmation with your Entry number via email. To be eligible, mailers must be postmarked by April 7, 2027 and must be received by Sponsor within five (5) business days thereafter. Mailers must be hand addressed by the Entrant and each request must be mailed individually. Any bulk shipments of entry request mailers will not be processed or entered into the Giveaway.
